Filmed on 18/01/2022. As it goes, we move onwards and upwards into deeper territory of the mainline linking between Leeds and Sheffield. To film and cover a brand new station of Barnsley, home of Barnsley football club and bus interchange. (Season 9 Episode 2)

In its day of the 2000's when Midland Mainline trains was in operational use, Midland Mainline Trains used to operate a daily train linking Barnsley through to London ST Pancras via Sheffield and Derby.

Nowadays, it is a Northern operated station which links, Nottinghamshire, Lincolnshire, South and West Yorkshire which see's a mixed bag of Sprinter units and Northern CAF Class 195's.
