In this interview, Matteo Redana and Hannah Schwedhelm talk with Desmond Ofosu Anim, a long-term ECoENet committee member, on his transition out of academia into industry.

Desmond shares about his research focus and how helpful ECoENet has been for him. He then explains why he moved out of academia and gives insight on the different working conditions in the areas. Desmond also provides advice for all of us who are thinking about leaving academia towards other sectors.
