Exciting news, friends! I just released my first meditation on YouTube, specifically focused on improving self-worth. Last year was tough for me, but through my journey of self-care and mental health improvement, I've learned a lot. I want to share my knowledge and ongoing journey with you all, from methods and practices for self-care to tips for improving mental health. I hope this guided meditation can help us all feel more worthy and deserving of love and happiness.

This meditation is designed to help you connect with your inner sense of self-worth and value. It begins by guiding you to find a comfortable and quiet place to sit, then encourages you to close your eyes and focus on your breath. As you breathe deeply and steadily, you are encouraged to bring to mind any negative thoughts or beliefs you may have about yourself and your worth. Once you have identified these thoughts, you are guided to release them and let them go, replacing them with positive affirmations of your own worth and value. The meditation concludes by encouraging you to carry this sense of self-worth and self-love with you as you go about your day.
