Documentary video about Subcarpathian bandit legend Nikola Šuhaj. For some he is a national hero, for others a criminal. He was particularly famous by the writer Ivan Olbracht, who wrote a book about him in 1933. We look at his life as well as evidence that his death may not have happened the way we know it from the book and TV.

The video has an informative nature and is not intended to support illegal and violent acts committed by the mentioned persons. On the contrary, it should publicly point out and condemn these acts.
