We upgraded to Fiber Gigabit internet and I took the opportunity to wire my media room with Ethernet to ensure we got the fastest possible speeds. So in the speed test of Ethernet Vs WiFi, my WiFi network was getting 250 Mbps, once the Cat6 Ethernet cable was installed it was up to over 800 Mbps. This increased internet speed will help so much in gaming and streaming video. I hope this helps show your how to wire your house with Ethernet, and why a wired network installation is the best bet.
