Rainy season is a blessing for me. This is a sign of planting plenty of vegetables and fruits whether for one's own consumption or commercial purposes. I planted ginger on my mini garden in front of my kallapaw(hut). I gathered decayed hay to put into my garden bed to make the soil better before planting. Just before the wet season came I already planted tomatoes, chilies and herbs in my garden. I will plant more soon for our own consumption.
In the afternoon, I cooked adobo fried rice for our family dinner. It's an easy dish to make but very tasty. The process includes cooking adobo(pork or chicken) first then stir fry with leftover rice. Add additional salt and pepper.
