Welcome to another episode of Extreme Outdoor Cooking Challenge, where we cook delicious food in the most challenging environments! 🙌

In this episode, we traveled to a remote village called “Khafr” near the Dena mountains in Iran, and hiked for 3 kilometers in the pouring rain to find the perfect spot for our lamb ribs. It was a crazy adventure, as we got soaked, slipped, and struggled to light a fire in the wet and muddy conditions. But we didn’t give up, and we managed to cook some amazing lamb ribs with a mouthwatering sauce made from pomegranate paste, thyme, lemons, and sesame oil. We also grilled some corn and mushrooms, and topped them with gouda cheese and mayonnaise. It was a feast worth the effort! 😋

Watch the video to see how we did it, and let us know what you think in the comments. Would you try this challenge? What other food would you like us to cook in the wild? 🤔
