In this video I am going to explain the differences we find between a spring shock absorber and an air shock absorber in general.

I will not only talk about the most common differences between an air shock absorber and a spring shock absorber, but I will also comment on more technical aspects that should not be overlooked when we want to mount a spring shock absorber on our electric or traditional bicycles.

I have carried out the test on my YT Capra and my Propain Ekano, so the conclusions have been obtained by testing these shock absorbers in bike parks and on local trails.

The shock absorbers tested were the Fox Float X2 Factory and the Rock Shox Super Deluxe Ultimate Coil RCT.
