Papadi Chaat is the name of a street food item mostly made in North India and in Nepal. Papadi Chat is very easy to make and it is one of my favorites. Who doesn't like chats? Papadi can be used in many chaat recipes, I even love to have it as such with just sweet and green chutney. I made sweet and green chutney last weekend and now I am enjoying the chaat. Homemade chaats are always special as they are guiltfree

Ingredients for the papadi Chaat:


Other Ingredients:
2 finely chopped small onion mixed with green chili mixed
yogurt
tamarind chutney
coriander Powder
cumin seed powder
red chili powder
Red/Green chilli chopped
(dalmoth bhujiya)
coriander leaves
Chaat masala 2 pinches
Salt as per your taste

For the dough:
1 cup Maida (all-purpose flour)
1 cup Suji (semolina flour)
