In this video I present two Siku models from 1975. Both show police cars used in Germany. The Siku company created its models on a scale of 1: 60. The cars were very nicely made. They had so-called fast wheels, and the windows were made of fluorescent yellow-green plastic. Because they are very thin, they cracked over time and I had to make new copies of them. When renovating the Ford Capri model, I painted it differently than the factory one. Using the green decal, I created the same painting pattern as on the Mercedes originally sold. I equipped both models with boxes that I copied from computer scans of the original packaging. Thank you for watching the video, I publish car repair videos on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
