Can a dry yeast match up to the king of Saison yeasts? I brew a 3-gallon batch of a simple Saison recipe to test out Dupont (WLP565) vs Lallemand Belle Saison. I also include a batch fermented with Omega Voss to get a better understanding of that yeast's character.
