Homemade walnut baklava that crispy and very delicious. I explained this baklava in full detail with all the most important parts in the video. Bon appetit to those who already try.
Size: 200 ml water glass / 150 ml tea glass
Materials;
For the dough:
-1 tea glass of milk
-1 tea glass of yogurt
-1 tea glass of oil
-1 egg
-1 tablespoon of vinegar or 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
-1 packet of baking powder
-1 pinch of salt
From the 200-milliliter water glass
I used 4.5 water glasses of flour.
(You may use corn or wheat starch to open phyllo.)
For the sherbet:
-5.5 water glasses of sugar
-6 water glasses of water
Juice of 1/2 lemon
Filling Ingredients:
500 or 600 grams of ground walnuts
For the top of the baklava:
-300 grams of butter
