Welcome to my round 2!

From April to September 2020 I lost 24 lbs. I finally found what works through trial and error. I lost the lost weight in a month with ADF and a 24 hour intermittent fast eating one meal a day. I incorporated both eating protocols through throughout the week. I gained some of the weight back during the final semester of nursing school (Sep - Dec 2020) and I have been maintaining that gained weight every since.

Starting weight 180 - April 2020
Ending Weight 156 - Sep. 2020
Weight gained l6 lbs

Round 2
Starting weight 171 - Jan. 23,2022

Goal weight: 130 lbs
