Our ghee will be made from ancient Vedic methods, like Bilona method, slow cooking in earthen pots (mitti ka ghada).

Desi ghee made today are made from HF/ jersey cows or buffalo milk and contains A1 protein which is not good for humans .

Desi breeds are only 5-7% in India due to breed mixing. Breed mixing yields higher milk quality and hence is used by many dairy owners.
