We take a walk around Saltaire Village to see if this Victorian UNESCO World Heritage Site is worth visiting? We visit the shops, Salt’s Mill and also the Leeds and Liverpool Canal. Built by Sir Titus Salt for his mill workers this Victorian model village is one of the best preserved in the world and many of the old workers houses still remain in their original state. We also check out some popular places to eat and buy a delicious pasty from the bakery. Saltaire is situated on the Leeds to Liverpool Canal and also on the River Aire near Bradford in West Yorkshire.
