This Indonesian food blew my mind!
30+ dishes were served to our table...dishes such as rendang, daging balado, sambal hijau, ayam pop, daun singkok, and more made it to my plate. I also tried cow brain!!!
Wow! Nasi Padang may be my favorite Indonesian dish!
