Growing up, Cowan's Gap State Park was the closest state park to home. As a child, we spends days swimming in the lake or walking around the lakeside trail. We also took many camping trips to the campground there. We got to revisit this small, but beautiful gem of a state park in Pennsylvania. We walked around the 1.5 miles lakeside trail, taking in the beautiful winter scenery.
