This week is a Full Moon week, so the energy is building. As this is our first lunation after the Eclipse (on the 2/3rd) you can find there is a sense of resolution emerging as well as the call to take a new path forward. Don't worry if tension comes to meet you in this - or the feeling of having a lot of energy but being unsure of where to focus it. This Full Moon will be aligned with Chiron and Hygiea, so you can find the ego spinning stories around isolation, protection and abandonment. Listen to these like you would a teacher, without identification and see what they are telling you as well as if they are even true. Underpinning all of this we have the Sun aligned with Arcturus in the middle of the week calling for old problems to be addressed with a new consciousness.
