People are obsessed with eating in France! And equally fascinated with what do French people eat, food in France culture, food in France vs us, and French eating habits. In this video I will take you through 7 days worth of meals as I travelled throughout France. Not only will you get real life French food example from what I ate in France, you will see a range of food in France from restaurant to home cooked meals, so you can better understand what do they eat in France, typical french diet, a typical french dinner, typical french breakfast, and typical french lunch at home. Keep in mind though that every region of France is so different that a typical french breakfast lunch and dinner / typical french meals in a day isn't a thing we can generalise!
