This is my blood surge minions variant necromancer easily clearing The Tormented Boss, Duriel.

The build is simple: Use blood surge to create simulacrums via The Mortacrux/Hewed Flesh. 2.) Blood surge then triggers mini novas from my minions using the Deathspeaker pendant.
