It's best to wear headphones or at least earbuds to get the full experience of the binaural beats: but; if none can be found, I do believe the music, beats, and images will bring you a blissful feeling. Millions of humans are having a spiritual awakening right now, and this may help you to understand the strange feelings that you may be feeling right now. Meditation is being alone with one's self and a chance to change or enhance something positive about yourself. It all begins in your mind. If you don't go in, you can't find out.
