🌿🌿After the Covid 19 pandemic, many companies in the US went bankrupt, many businesses struggled to survive. Many companies have changed the way they do business: instead of going to the office to work, the vast majority of employees work online, remotely or at home. Colorado is no exception. A series of offices and central commercial buildings have been vacant for many years, now they have to sell at a loss or convert into residential apartments. Many restaurants also went bankrupt due to skyrocketing taxes and high interest rates.

The famous seafood restaurant Stoic & Genuine in Downtown Denver also had a bad ending. Even though it has a pretty nice location and is located in a densely populated area, the restaurant cannot survive. September 1 is the last day before the restaurant closes for good. So my family decided to go eat the last lobster roll (Lobster roll) before Stoic & Genuine is wiped out on the restaurant map in Denver, Colorado. That is also a sad thing for diners who love seafood in Denver.
