Scott Allison is a master electrician and plumbing apprentice. Scott's journey began in California as a handyman, doing tile, painting, drywall, and lighting. Over the years, he has gained extensive experience working in commercial and industrial trades. Now, he leads plumbing operations at Milestone, a residential/home service company in the Dallas Fort Worth Metroplex.

Scott shares his unique perspective on the differences between open shop and union work, essential books for tradesmen, and what it takes to be an effective journeyman and leader.
