We got our hands on the new Samsung Galaxy S6, and what did we do right away with it?
We took it apart of course. This piece has a cracked LCD...

take SIM card tray out
heat up the rear housing edge
remove the back of the phone
undo the 13 screws
heat up the LCD Assembly edge
separate the rear housing from the LCD Assembly
pull up the wireless charging chip to avoid damage
remove the power button
remove the volume button
remove the wireless charging chip
pry up connectors connecting to the motherboard
disconnect the charging port flex cable
remove the main board
remove the battery
remove front camera
remove the approximate sensor and ear speakr
remove the vibrate motor
remove the Bluetooth and WiFi antennas
undo the earphone jack screw
remove the LCD assembly
remove the USB charging port
remove the home button
remove the rear facing camera
