A shooting scare during a high school football game in Stockton had fans, players and coaches hitting the ground Friday night. Edison High School was hosting Lincoln High School for a playoff game. Around 9:45 p.m., with about 3 minutes left in the fourth quarter, panic went through the crowd after news of a shooting spread. Police initially said no evidence of a shooting was found, but investigators later found seven bullet shell casings and bullet holes in a car, according to the Stockton Unified School District.
