Pabasa which is a Filipino tradition done during the "Kwaresma" or the forty day preparation before Holy Week.
This is the chanting of the life, suffering and death of Jesus Christ.
There are different sounds of Pabasa depending on the place it is sung. In Morong Rizal the sound of the Pabasa is like a wailing sound, where you can feel the sadness.
