Today I give you a snapshot of what it's like to live in Germantown. Germantown is north of downtown Nashville and is known for being the oldest neighborhood. There are quite a few historic homes, but the majority of Germantown is zoned for mixed use. What I love so much about Germantown is that it has incredible walkability. There are some unique housing option like the Werthan lofts, but you won't find a big backyard as Germantown is very concentrated.
