Float fishing for mullet - In this video I target thick lipped mullet using float tactics & bread for bait.
This video is ideal for beginners that want to learn how to float fish for mullet.

So I decided to give the Kayak fishing a break and get the mullet gear ready.
With a fixed sliding waggler float setup on my Mitchell Lake 13ft float rod and a bucket full of bread I headed out Down to fish the marina gates.

The marina holds hordes of mullet with some getting rather large.
Fishing within the marina from the shore is prohibited and the next best thing is to try and ambush any feeding fish and they come and go from the marina on the fluctuations of the tide.

trying to get them to feed on some bread offerings that I periodically throw out during the session.
