I’ve had this Traeger Pro 575 for about 6 months.
Recently it was taking about 20 minutes to start and then once started, it ran up to 550°-600° and then it would trip the high temp error and shut down.
The fix is to make sure your Fire pot is cleaned out and and adjust the hot rod to make it stick out into the fire pot further.
