Some of our best memories are from playing Minecraft with friends and strangers alike. Multiplayer has always felt like the last piece that makes Minecraft feel whole. If you played the game in the early 2010s especially, you'll remember Minecraft's varying updates that always brought something new to the game. There was one major update in the mid 2010s, however, that completely killed the multiplayer concept and estranged it between two very different types of Minecraft players.
