It's starting to feel cold like autumn.
It's the season where you can enjoy the warmth of a bonfire.
I got some Hitachi beef, so I'm going to make a camp meal of grilled meat over charcoal.
Since it's autumn, I simmer mushrooms and vegetables in plenty of butter and add them to grilled meat.
I can't get enough of it! Enoki mushrooms are especially compatible with butter.
You can make a delicious side dish with just butter and salt.
Speaking of Yakiniku, fresh seasonal white rice is the best combination.
If you drink that with beer, you won't have enough rice ^^
