Should kids have dairy? How might dairy affect children's growth and development?

Milk and dairy products are a part of our food culture. Let's talk about how to approach giving kids dairy, how to tell the chronic symptoms of inflammation that might result from dairy, and how to know exactly what's best for YOUR child and family. Let's face it, there is no universal recommendation!

When understanding how to substitute for dairy products, it's also important to think about why, historically, we started consuming dairy in the first place. We'll dive into the nutrients dairy provides for us, what to look for in alternatives, and a little bit about Dr. Amy's overall nutrition philosophy.
