Egg Paratha Roll is a very filling and delicious meal for breakfast or lunch

Ingredients for Egg Paratha Roll: (2 rolls; serves 2)
For the Dough: ¾ cup (100 g.) wheat flour (atta) or refined flour (maida), 1 egg, 1 tbsp cooking oil/melted ghee, 1 tsp sugar (optional), ½ tsp salt, ¼ tsp crushed cumin/jeera (optional), a pinch of carrom seeds/ajwain (optional)
Egg mixture (for 2 parathas): 4 eggs, salt and black pepper to taste, ½ cup finely chopped onions; optional/additional ingredients: 2 tsp chopped green chillies, 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves, ½ tsp each of red chilli powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder.
Cooking oil/ butter/ ghee to cook the parathas
