The recipes I show you today are very suitable for skin care in winter!
Recipe and ingredients:
Put 3 tablespoons of olive oil in a bowl.
2 tablespoons of coconut oil.
1 tablespoon sweet almond oil.
Grind 1 tablespoon of flaxseed.
1 green tea bag.
Put the mixture in a water bath for 40 minutes.
This oil protects the skin during cold and windy days!
It slows down the aging process and makes the collagen layer elastic!
Strain through a piece of cloth or medical gauze.
Add 1 teaspoon instant coffee.
Mix well.
Store the oil in a cool, but not refrigerated, place for 2 months.
Apply this oil to your skin before bed.
Massage your skin well until it absorbs the oil.
Leave the oil on your skin overnight. In the morning, wash your skin well.
For best results, repeat the application of this oil daily.
If you will be spending more hours outside, apply the oil 30 minutes before going out.
