2 tbsp.sugar
6 tbsp. melted butter (cooled)
pinch of salt

Recipe for cake
8 8oz. bar's of philadelphia cream cheese (room temp)
1/2 cup all purpose flower
2 1/4 cup's of sugar
Note: sift APF & Sugar together
1 cup sour cream
5 egg's (room temp)
lemon zest from a whole lemon
hot water for roasting pan
