I met the funniest troop of tambays (guys who hang out on the street) on a Sunday and they invited me to come try their buddy's food the following day.

On arrival...I discovered that the restaurant owner wasn't there and they gave me the wrong time. So I went down the street to eat at another karinderia but I had the time wrong! Two strikes.

So we wander around the barangay talking with everyone we can in Tagalog trying to find a new place to eat.
