I have been reading Paul Akers book “2 Second Lean”. One of the concepts in the book is fix what bugs you. Sometimes it only takes 2 seconds to fix or 2 seconds to think of the solution. In this case it took about 2 seconds to come up with the solution of the unsightly shoe pile in my garage. It took a couple hours to design and build the shoe rack but the results are incredible.
