Taste delicious stir-fried basil with any kinds of clams

Ingredients:
Clams
Basil
Garlic
Chilies
Broth
Oyster sauce
Shaoxing wine
Light soy sauce
Sugar
White pepper

Step 1
Rip up basil to smaller pieces and wash.
Step 2
Smash garlic, dice chilies.
Step 3
Clean clams, put them in water and add sesame oil for clams to spit out sand.

Step 4
Pour oil in hot wok, stir fry garlic then add clams.
Step 5
Add broth, half of basil, oyster sauce and shaoxing wine and stir fry.
Step 6
Add light soy sauce, sugar and adjust taste.

Step 7
Add white pepper, rest of basil, stir fry and serve.
