I've been a chef in Canada for approximately 10 years. I introduce an authentic recipe that you can make pork broth by yourself at home.

Ingredients:
2000 g Pork bone
1000 ml Water
200 g Ginger
2 Japanese leek

1.Pour some water and put pork bone into a big pot, and then boil it at high heat. Skim the foam from the top of it.
2. Mix them well from the bottom of the pot and if some foam appears again, skim it.
3.Put some ginger and green onion.
4.Cook the soup at middle heat for 6-8 hours. Mix it at hourly intervals.
5.Strain the soup.
