Another square bowl, but this time it's an extra deep version... with a catch... literally. A bad catch that dislodged the piece from the chuck and broke the tenon, so if you've never experienced one, here's a good example for you (at the 8:45 mark). I also show you how to recover when your corners don't quite turn out perfectly. A significant portion of the sanding has been cut out, since this piece requires a considerable amount of sanding. Also, there's a bit more talking in this one, in lieu of subtitles... Please let me know if you prefer talking, subtitles, or you want me to forget about all that and just turn cool stuff!

--- Attention ---
Please note, my videos are for entertainment only. They are simply demonstrations and are NOT intended to be instructional. Proper training and experience are essential before attempting to use any woodworking equipment. Do not attempt projects or techniques that are beyond your skill level or your comfort level! Serious accidents can happen in an instant and bandaging wounds or sitting in an emergency room is much less fun than woodturning. You are always responsible for your own safety. The only rules are: 1) Be careful; 2) Have fun.
