July 28-30. I took the 5- hour road trip to AMA headquarters to fly in the big field. It was my first time to a model airplane event, and I was thrilled to participate! I got a great flight on my CG Shoestring, but didn't film it.
I caught my Dolphin just before I broke 3 of 4 longerons right behind the wing. My camera work in general was disappointing, but I had a blast. Highly recommend.
