This quick and simple cabbage wrap is a vegetarian version of my favorite childhood dish, inspired by the Moo Cho Pork my father used to make at our family restaurant. With just a few fresh ingredients, you can create a flavorful meal wrapped in soft tortillas. It's light, delicious, and perfect for days when you skip meat. Adjust the seasoning to your liking, and enjoy with Hoisin and Sriracha for extra flavor.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

1 cup shredded cabbage

1/4 cup shredded carrots

2 green onions, chopped

2 cloves fresh garlic, minced

1 tbsp soy sauce

1/2 tsp sugar (optional, to balance)

A pinch of salt

Olive oil for cooking

Soft tortillas

Hoisin sauce (optional)

Sriracha hot sauce (optional

*Instructions*

1. Heat a pan over medium heat and sauté the garlic until fragrant.

2. Add the shredded cabbage, carrots, and green onions. Stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.

3. Season with soy sauce, sugar, and a pinch of salt. Stir well and adjust the seasoning to taste.

4. Warm the soft tortillas in a separate pan or microwave.

5. Once the vegetables are tender, remove from heat.

6. Spoon the vegetable mixture into the tortillas and drizzle with hoisin sauce. For a spicy kick, add Sriracha.

7. Wrap, serve, and enjoy!
