Juicy and delicious chicken with cheese and mushrooms that will not leave anyone indifferent. The dough is super soft and delicious and this is definitely a must-try lunch. You can choose the filling as you wish, we decided to do it this way.
INGREDIENTS :
500 grams of chicken
olive oil
spices: salt, pepper, dry mixture of spices, paprika, parsley
200 grams of mushrooms
400 grams of flour
50 ml of oil
canned corn
RECIPE:
✅ Cut the chicken fillet into cubes and season with: oil, olive oil, salt, pepper, dry mixture of spices and 1 teaspoon of red pepper. Leave in the refrigerator until use
✅ Knead the dough from 400 grams of flour to which we will add 1 spoon of salt, 1 spoon of sugar, 7 grams of yeast, 50 ml of oil. Knead everything with the help of 250 ml of lukewarm water
✅ Leave the dough for 15 minutes at room temperature
✅ Slice 200 grams of mushrooms
✅ Fry 1/3 of the mushrooms briefly and add the chicken. Leave to fry for 5 minutes. If you like, add canned corn
✅ Top with a little cream to make the meat creamy and juicy
✅ Divide the dough into 3 parts and form 3 balls, which we will roll out to a thickness of 0.5 cm
✅ Transfer to a baking tray and fill with chicken and fried mushrooms
✅ Cover everything with a little melted cheese and fold the dough
✅ About 10 minutes in the oven at 220°C
✅ During this time, we will make the mushroom sauce. Fry the mushrooms for 2 minutes, pour over the cooking cream and season.
✅ When the butternut squash is baked, coat it with a little butter and pour over the mushroom sauce.
