Ingredients (3 servings🍝):

250 g (9 oz) conchiglie pasta
Cook al dente

Olive oil
30 g (1 oz) butter
1 shallot, chopped
4-5 oyster mushrooms, diced
3 button mushrooms, diced
3 portobello mushrooms, diced
2 garlic cloves, minced
Salt and pepper
Some boiled water

60 g (1.7 oz) butter
2 tbsp flour
500 ml (1 pint) milk
70 g (2 oz) Parmigiano Reggiano, grated
Handful of fresh parsley, chopped

✅ Serve once you've mixed the sauce with pasta!
