Sponge
1/3 pack of fresh yeast (33g)
0.5 tsp. salt
1 st. l. sugar
3 st. l. warm milk

You need 1 glass of milk (250 ml). From it - 3 tbsp. on the dough, the rest - to the dough.

3 egg yolks and 1 whole egg with 1 tbsp. l. Beat the sugar well with a mixer and add 1 sachet of vanilla sugar.

warm milk
85 g of warm melted butter
1 st. l. alcohol
zest of one lemon
2 st. l. oil
500 g of sifted flour

!!! I greased the table top and the board with oil !!!
!!! Sprinkle with powder when cool !!!
