Pie with minced meat MEAT PIE Yeast pastries at home
Dough:
250 ml warm milk
20 gr fresh yeast or 7 g instant yeast
1 egg
1 tosp sugar
1 tsp salt
100 ml vegetable oil
450-500 gr flour
Filling:
1 onion
500 gr minced meat (your choice)
200 g cheese
Bake at 180 degrees for about 30 minutes
