US state Department spokesperson Matthew Miller on Tuesday found himself in an embarrassing situation as he failed to clarify that his country did not consider Israeli war crimes as illegal in the occupied West Bank. This was widely believed as his tacit approval to the reporter’s question which described the settlement in the occupied West Bank as illegal.

Another reporter highlighted how US was single-handedly responsible for the disturbance in peace in the Middle East.
