Cultural Food Swap: Ugandan Tries Kitfo (Ethiopian Raw Meat) for the time

Join me on this cultural food adventure as I try Kitfo, a traditional Ethiopian dish made from raw meat, for the very first time! As a Ugandan, I'm used to cooked meat, so this is a big deal for me!

In this video, I'll share my honest reaction, thoughts, and feelings about trying raw meat. Will I love it or hate it? Watch to find out!

Kitfo is a popular Ethiopian dish made from raw meat (usually beef), spiced with chili peppers, garlic, ginger, and other spices. It's often served with a sourdough flatbread called *injera*.

It started from italo-ethiopian 1880 war and eating raw meat was a strategy....because they never wanted to make fire which could make smoke and warm the Italians......

Let me know in the comments if you've tried Kitfo before, or if you have any other cultural food swap ideas!
