Peach cobbler, where? This is much easier and oh so delicious! Add some vanilla ice cream and balance the equation.
Ingredients used
1 can 21oz peach pie filling
1 can 15.25oz slices peaches in heavy syrup
1 Tbsp light brown sugar
1 tsp ground cinnamon (your choice)
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 tsp vanilla extract (or 1 tsp lemon juice)
1/2 tsp lemon extract
For the Crumble
2 cup all purpose flour
1 stick & 5 Tbsp cold salted butter (cut into small pieces)
3-4 Tbsp Brown Sugar
1 tsp cinnamon powder
1 tsp vanilla extract
1. In an 8x8 baking dish, Mix the peaches, sugar, spices and extracts.
2. In another bowl, make the crumble by mixing the flour, spices and butter.
3. Sprinkle the crumble evenly over the peaches. You can top it off with a pinch of cinnamon.
4. Bake @ 350 F for 30 minutes or until the crumble and forms a golden brown crust. Allow to rest for at least 30-45 minutes. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream! Enjoy
