This is a 30 minute intermediate vinyasa flow class focused on shoulders, chest, and upper back to prep for forearmstand, pincha mayurasana. This is one of my favorite poses and a fun pose to balance strength and flexibility. This class was filmed on Kawagama Lake in Muskoka, Canada and is taught by Helen Cloots.
